Mick has a strong passion for ensuring technology projects deliver effective change management so the technology can be embraced and achieves the desired outcomes. Mick is trained and certified as a Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt and uses Lean Six Sigma to ensure sound process and effective change management. Mick has an MBA and is an experienced trainer.
Christian Luebke (iProCon, Germany)
Christian has contributed with his knowledge most notably about Concur – SAP integration, where his expertise is second to none. Christian is a senior consultant and a director for Germany of iProCon, an SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, and Concur consulting partner. Apart from large scale Concur projects, he also works with customers in SAP HCM on-premise projects with specialities on the technical side and in system consolidation.
Anja Marxsen (iProCon, Germany)

Anja is a Senior Consultant at iProCon, an SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, and Concur consulting partner.
