Enhancement Package provides some new fields for additional receipt data. After applying EHP 6 these fields are set to „display“ per default, which could easily cause confusion for some users. So, check them out early on, decide which ones you really want to use, and communicate changes, while hiding the rest of the new fields to keep the user interface clean.
You can make these changes in the IMG: Travel Management > Travel Expenses > Dialog and Travel Expenses Control > Dialog Control > Field Control for Additional Receipt Information (see picture below). The new fields comprise:
- Location of departure and arrival airports
- Airline carrier
- Cabin class
- Ticket number
- Mileage according to tachometer
- Vendor data:
- Name
- Street
- Location
- District
- Country
- Postal code
- Phone number
- Participants
