E-Recruiting was a focus topic for SAP’s Customer Connect program in April 2014 and we found that most on-premise customers will find some nuggets among these 10 improvement notes (plus one not yet convincing us), most of which are easy to apply (list sorted by note number):

5) 1977871 „Separation of Business and Private Email ID for Internal Candidates“
Candidates can maintain their Private email & Email Preference in the ‚Personal Settings‘ page after logging in to their Internal Candidate Home Page. 6) 1978099 „Forwarding of Candidates for evaluation to more than one manager“
