So far Concur provided most knowledge base articles in English only. From now on, the most important articles will be available in German, Spanish and French as well.
If you open the Concur Support Portal, you can enter a search word in the global search field as usual to find the relevant article. Although you have your preferred language captured in your profile data, the article will first open in English when you click „View“, but then you can select between the four languages via the language field:
Note: in order to search in a language, this language must be captured as preferred language in your profile in the support portal. If your language is English, you can still switch to a French, German or Spanish version of the article, once you have opened it, but you can only use English search words.
