We just found that some customers were surprised that the Pension Auto Enrolment process didn’t trigger the retro-active calculations through infotype 3297 they would have expected. This is usually due to missing manual work after putting in SAP note 1827202 or the respective Support Package.
SAP note 1827202 is quite old already (February 2013) and therefore should already be applied in all SAP systems, where UK payroll is used. However, the changes provided are client dependent configuration tables and for the changes to become effective in your system, you need to copy them from client 000 through the normal table adjustment.
You may also want for additional fields to trigger retro-calculations as suggested in the note, which you can add in the config tables yourself.

Define the fields to trigger retros:
That’s it. Quick and sweet, but can save you some trouble, when people are not enroled or opted-out as they should.

Good point.SAP has fixed above issue through subsequent patch.
I think there are two typo in your blog .Info type attribute table mentioned in your blog is incorrect . Also there is a typo in 2nd paragraph ,3rd line ( spelling of Change ) .

You are right: SAP has rectified the issue, but you still may have to copy the changes into the customer client, as SAP only makes the changes in client 000. Seems quite a few organisations forgot to do that.
